Mental health is like the foundation of a house. If the foundation is weak or damaged, the whole house is at risk of collapsing. Similarly, if people’s mental health isn’t taken care of, it can affect every aspect of their lives.Focusing on mental health isn’t just about helping individuals—it’s about building stronger, healthier communities for everyone.
